So this is really embarrassing, but I have to come to reality with myself. I’ve actually gained weight as opposed to losing it. But I’m posting it up here to make myself face that reality. Today’s weigh in:
128.0 LB
49.8% WATER
27.7% FAT
I think a realistic goal is to try to lose 3 lbs a week which means by July 27th, I should have reached my UGW. I would try the P90X, but I don’t think I can actually commit to that workout with school still going on. So, yeah, just going to start by eating healthy and hitting the gym as much as possible. I can’t do this, but with God ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. :)
